Concert: OTiS FOULiE

After the opening, OTiS FOULiE, the duo consisting of Olivia Wenzel and Uli Buder alias Akia Music will perform.

Olivia Wenzel is not only a prize-winning playwright; she is also a singer and songwriter. Uli Buder works in the field of visual communication. As OTiS FOULiE, they make music together that invites the listeners to join them in surreal worlds. Lyrics and visuals are often based on Wenzel’s theater writings, the sound consists of electronic textures, striking, often complex beats, warm basses and a soft voice. It sounds a little bit like a brand-new, rust-free screw being turned into the heart of a weathered windmill. This is not only well-received during concerts in the Berghain Kantine or Klunkerkranich, but in Heimathafen Neukölln as well. Enjoy!
