How Are We Really Doing? - An Attempt to Communicate About Money and Other Issues

Communication is good, but it often also requires a great deal of effort. Especially when certain topics are rooted in shame and may be offensive. Precarious living conditions and the regular failure of funding applications, for example, are integral components of independent theater and dance work, but communicating about this is often difficult and prevents reassuring comparisons and mutual development of new strategies. In this small format, members of the independent performing arts community will explore methods and investigate steps leading to better communication.
