Training for Contractual Negotiations in Patriarchal Structures

In our society which continues to be marked by patriarchal structures and ways of thinking, people with different gender identities are treated unequally. This holds true for all areas of work, especially those in which notions of talent and "genius" play an important role. Alongside necessary changes on the structural level, personal empowerment measures can also help to achieve a greater degree of gender equality. This workshop intends to help the participants be better prepared in contractual negotiations and represent their own position more confidently.
