The annual symposia exploring the topics of audience development and communication have been established as regular meetings for the communication community in Berlin. They invite their attendees to reflect upon and further develop current communication praxis.

Regular workshops are offered for theater scouts and communication specialists in order to help them strengthen and expand their communication competencies.
In this manner, new knowledge surrounding the communication of art and culture is effective and directly passed on to members of the independent performing arts community.
