This workshop deals with the fundamentals of project management and culture management, such as tips and tricks for funding applications, the knowledge of important homepages, advisement programs and free qualification opportunities. Examples of funded projects as well as the participant’s own projects will be discussed on the basis of their project descriptions and budgets. In addition, the workshop will provide a general overview of the tasks of a production manager in a project as well as of the most important funding opportunities in Germany and in Berlin.
