Instagram As A Self-Marketing Tool for Members of the Independent Performing Arts Community
As a member of the independent performing arts community, dealing attentively with the digital attention economy can scarcely be avoided any longer. The platform Instagram has especially increased strongly in significance for visually oriented work. But how do I use this platform successfully without disappearing amongst all of the other artists? What relevant features are there for developing strategies for an effective usage? What does the coherent design of an Instagram feed look like, what does community management look like that reflect your own artistic work? What insights to evaluation tools bring and how can these be taken into consideration in the future when posting?
This workshop will provided relevant Instagram basics as well as techniques and additional tools for an efficient time management when working with the platform. The participants are asked to bring a digital end device with internet access with them and, insofar as this already exists, an Instagram account.
This event will take place in German spoken language, questions and answers are also possible in English.
