Pro.formance: Seminar C – Research Working Environments

Research Working Environments – there are different ways of being active. Some prefer to work by themselves. How do you communicate with yourself in order to organize and motivate yourself? How can you be your own challenging boss? Others prefer working with others – but do they prefer to be part of a team with a flat hierarchy or do they prefer having a boss at the top of the organization? Who takes responsibility and how is each individual motivated – in both of these models or in another one entirely?
This seminar is dedicated to these and other questions – which will then examine through practical exercises.
