Upwording for Consultations and one-to-one support

For mentors and experts who provide consultations within different areas. The focus of this 3 day Module 1 will be on one-to-one sessions, taking a coaching approach, supporting professional (and personal) development, the process of thinking, as well as transferring information and sharing experience in a non-leading, non-intrusive way. We include how to give feedback that inspires shifts and action, how to facilitate self-directed learning, and spark the ‘lightbulb’ moments. This training introduced the Upwording non-coercive, liberating language approach.
