Collectives = "Gender Case"?
Collectives = "Gender Case"?
Do collective working structures continue to be especially interesting for women? If so, does this stem from the desire to work as equals, the desire for solidary empowerment or is it more pragmatic, serving as means to achieve better compatibility of work and family? In this discussion, we will attempt to observe organizational forms and hierarchical relationships in collectives from a gender theory perspective in order to question what it is exactly we mean when we specifically talk about "female" and "male" behavior in theater structures and what gender roles are connected beyond them with the rejection of hierarchical working structures.
